Who we are
The Pour Circle is a Canadian online store that sells shaped whisky decanters and Japanese crystal whisky glasses, priced in Canadian dollars and delivered only within Canada. The Pour Circle is a trade name of TF COMMERCE LLC.
Our range covers 45 glass whisky decanters shaped like cars, engines, animals, tractors and skulls, 11 Japanese crystal whisky glasses made in Japan, and a small number of decanter and glass sets. Most of what we sell is wrapped and given to someone else, so we have built the whole experience around giving: the box it arrives in, the time it takes to get there, and what happens if it is not right.
What makes our decanters different
Every decanter from The Pour Circle is made of hand-finished, lead-free, food-safe glass, shaped as a recognizable object rather than a plain bottle. A V8 engine, an eagle or a tractor on the sideboard becomes the centrepiece of the room, and it still does the job a decanter is meant to do.
Our decanters arrive empty, so you choose the whisky that goes inside. Each one is double-boxed in a gift-ready box, and 100% of our orders arrive intact. Designs are produced in limited runs; once a design sells out, it is not restocked.
How ordering works
The Pour Circle ships every order within 12 to 24 hours. Shipping is free across Canada with Canada Post, and delivery takes 8 to 12 business days. We ship only within Canada.
If you order more than one item, the discount is applied automatically at checkout: 20% off two items, 25% off three, and 30% off four. Everything in the store is currently 60% off while we make room for new designs.
Our guarantee
The Pour Circle offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from delivery to request a swap or a full refund, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. If anything is wrong with your order, email us and we will sort it out.
Why people choose us
The Pour Circle is rated 4.6 out of 5 based on more than 10,000 reviews. Around 90% of our orders are bought as gifts, most often for Christmas, Father's Day, birthdays, retirements and groomsmen. A shaped decanter is the kind of gift that gets noticed, used, and talked about, and that is why people keep coming back for the next person on their list.
