Shipping policy
This policy applies to orders shipped within Canada and is intended to clarify our shipping policies and procedures. Before placing an order with The Pour Circle, please read this policy carefully.
Shipping, Processing and Order Times
Order processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery time: Generally, deliveries take between 8 and 12 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.
Shipping costs: Free standard delivery on all orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand, public holidays, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be created once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Order Tracking Issues
If you have any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
It may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear or begin showing updates after dispatch.

Delivery Delays
In most cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasionally an order may be delayed due to carrier operations, high demand, public holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you have waited an additional 3 business days after the estimated delivery timeframe and still have not received your order, please contact us at:

Unless we have agreed a different delivery date with you, we will deliver your order no later than 30 days after the date of your order. If your order has not been delivered within that period, please contact us and we will work with you on a solution. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges
Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Some orders are dispatched from outside Canada by our international fulfilment partners. Any import duties, customs charges or carrier handling fees that may be applied when your parcel enters Canada are set by the Canadian authorities and the carrier, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Based on our experience to date, such charges are rarely applied to our shipments. If any charge is applied to your parcel, please contact us at contact@thepourcircle.com before refusing the delivery, so that we can assist you.
Missing Products
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfilment arrangements or shipping considerations.
To provide our products efficiently, some items may be fulfilled by different trusted manufacturing or fulfilment partners.
If you order multiple products at the same time, they may not necessarily arrive together.
If part of your order has not arrived, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the remaining items to be delivered before contacting us.
