Refund policy
In accordance with our return policy, you have 30 days from receipt of your item to submit a return request.
Your item must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging, to be eligible for a return. An invoice or other proof of purchase is also required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Items returned to us without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns, including where the customer has purchased the wrong product, the product does not suit them, or they no longer want the item.
Our products are prepared and dispatched by our international logistics partner. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address of our logistics partner, which may be located outside Canada. Because return parcels travel internationally (for example to China), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns and may include customs or import charges. Please contact us before sending anything back.
If the product is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where applicable, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Your statutory rights
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to the rights you have under applicable Canadian federal and provincial consumer protection law, and does not limit or replace them.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We start processing orders very quickly so that your order reaches you as soon as possible. For this reason, if you contact us at contact@thepourcircle.com within 1 hour of placing your order, we will cancel or change it for you. After this time, your order may already be with our fulfilment partners. We will still do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos where relevant.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it is reviewed and processed within 10 business days.
If your return is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method in accordance with applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
